These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Sparesworld.co.uk website, and the purchase of goods in the on-line store. By using the site, and by ordering goods on the site, you agree to be bound by them. The laws of England and Wales govern these Terms and Conditions.

All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates, but exclusive of delivery charges, and should be correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. We reserve the right, however, to change prices shown on the website if they are incorrect due to error, omission, or for any other reason, at any time without notice. The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. The prices shown are only applicable to purchases made via the Sparesworld web site. Prices in our store may be higher or lower than shown online.
Description of the Goods
Descriptions of the goods sold on the website are contained within it. It is not practical to publish detailed technical specifications of all the products that we sell. All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods for sale. Our suppliers have provided all such information to us, for that purpose. Whilst the content of the website is as accurate and up to date as possible, we cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within it at all times. Detailed specifications of all the goods sold can be obtained from us on request.
To be eligible to purchase goods on the Website, you must be eighteen years of age or over, and have a delivery address in the Uk Mainland this EXCLUDES Scottish Highlands & Borders .
We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these Terms and Conditions, and we have the right to reject such offers at any time. The conclusion of a contract between you and us will take place when we dispatch the goods to you.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the goods ordered are not available, you will be notified by e-mail (or by other means if no e-mail address has been provided) and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order.
After you have successfully placed an order with us, you will receive an acknowledgement by e-mail (or by other means if no e-mail address has been provided) of the order you have placed and a receipt which we advise you to print off and save for your records.
We accept payment by Visa, Delta, Switch and MasterCard. If for any reason we are unable to complete your order, we will notify you by e-mail (or by other means if no e-mail address has been provided) within 24 hours. If the order is cancelled after payment has been deducted, we will refund your card with the original amount. Please note that it may take up to 5 working days for your bank to process these refunds and we cannot be held responsible for any delays in refund payments.
All credit / debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us we will not be liable to you for any delay or non-delivery.
Our payment area is a fully encrypted, high-security area, which is run on our behalf by a company specialising in secure online transactions. Neither they, nor we, store any credit card details. This ensures that there is no possibility they will be stolen either at the time of the transaction or afterwards. If you have any concerns about safety over the Internet, please call our sales team who will be happy to take your order over the phone or, alternatively, visit one of our stores.
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
For security reasons we cannot deliver goods to any other address than that of the customer placing the order. Goods ordered from this website that qualify as free delivery over £35 will be delivered will be by Royal Mail or by courier this is applicable to Uk Mainland ONLY. This EXCLUDES Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Borders, Channel Island, Isle of Man etc which will incur a supplementary charge. A signature is required for all deliveries by courier. If you are found to attempt to place your order selecting a region that your address is not registered to your order will not be dispatched and will be cancelled. It is your responsibility to inspect the goods delivered for damage before signing for them. You should refuse delivery if the goods are seen to be damaged.
We aim to dispatch all goods within five working days of receiving an order, providing that the goods are in stock. Delivery for most postal addresses will normally be on the day following dispatch. Delivery to non-mainland or remote areas might take longer. If we are unable to dispatch your order within five working days - i.e. not including weekends or bank holidays - we will contact you by e-mail (or by other means if provided) and advise you of the expected date of dispatch.
Large and or heavy items will face an additional delivery charge in addition to any other items ordered. These charges are required due to the size and weight of the items. These charges will be added to your order at the checkout. These items include, Alloy wheels, trailers, etc. Each set of Alloy wheels ordered will receive a £20 shipping supplement.
If the goods delivered to you are damaged, you must inform us of this within 48 hours of the delivery date. We will then arrange for the goods to be collected and inspected. Following inspection, providing the damage has not been caused by neglect or miss-use, and if the goods have not been fitted to a vehicle, we will replace damaged goods at our own expense. We will also refund the cost of carriage to your credit or debit card account.
If the goods returned as damaged are found to be in perfect condition and proper working order, they will be returned to you, and the cost of carriage will be charged to your credit or debit card account.
If the goods delivered to you are supplied incorrectly, you must inform us of this within 48 hours of the delivery date. We will then arrange for the goods to be collected and replaced, at our expense.
If there is a shortage in your order you must inform us of this within 48hrs of the delivery date. We will then dispatch the outstanding part of the order within five working days. If we are unable to do so within that time, we will notify you of the expected dispatch date.
If goods ordered have not been delivered to you within 14 days of the expected dispatch date given to you, you must notify us of this. If you do not do so, then we will not accept any liability for the loss of the goods.
All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the Manufacturer's Guarantee. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse.
Cancelling an order
Goods may be returned for a refund or exchange excludes Audio and electrical products, if they are returned to us within 7 working days from receipt, subject to the following conditions:
- Items are returned carriage paid
- Items are returned unused
- Items are returned in original packaging
- Items are returned in a suitable re-sale condition
- Items cannot be accepted for return which have been specially ordered for you or manufactured to your specification
- the original delivery cost along with any payment processing charges made by Paypal or Sage Pay will be deducted from the refund of the product returned To ensure prompt & accurate processing of Home Shopping returns, all goods must be returned to the address below with your customer details enclosed in the parcel.
